One Piece continues its steady growth at this series and now commands multiple tables. Dragon Ball, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Magic: The Gathering and Lorcana all have sellers. Sports collectors will find MLB, NBA, NFL and NHL cards across every era, with football and baseball postseason material moving fastest in October — graded rookies, vintage stars, sealed wax and bulk team boxes. Comics, anime figures, Funko Pops, sneakers, video games, autographed memorabilia and handmade craft goods fill out the rest of the tables, and the organizers run giveaways through the evening.
The format is a single evening block: doors at 6:00 PM, last call at 10:00 PM. If you are hunting specific cards, the first hour is when cases are fullest and competition is highest. If you are hunting value, the last forty-five minutes is when vendors would rather deal than pack. The middle two hours are the trading window, when binders come out across the room.
Admission is free with no ticket or registration, and parking on site is free. October evenings in North Texas are close to perfect, which makes the walk in from the lot part of the appeal.
Meadowbrook Recreation Center sits at 1400 Dugan Street in central Arlington, just south of East Abram Street, minutes from downtown Arlington, the UTA campus and the entertainment district. Highway 360, I-30 and Division Street all make it an easy run from Grand Prairie, Mansfield, Hurst, Euless and Kennedale. Abram and Collins have plenty of dinner options if the on-site food vendors run out.
This show fits a wide range of collectors. Working adults who cannot free up a Saturday get a real show on a weeknight-style schedule. Traders get one of the friendliest binder crowds in the Metroplex. Families get an outing where a child can walk away happy on five dollars of dollar-box digging. And bargain hunters get consistently softer pricing than the weekend arena shows on comparable material.
A few tips: bring cash, since evening dealers price for speed. Bring a trade binder with your asks noted. Do one complete lap before you buy anything, then go back to your top three tables. If you are selling, get there at 6:00 PM while buyers still have full pockets. If you are buying, save some budget for the last half hour.
