October opens with the Funky Town Card Show back at the Meadowbrook Recreation Center on Friday, October 2, 2026, 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, free to enter as always. The first Friday of the month has become one of the more dependable dates on the Arlington hobby calendar, and the October edition tends to be one of the busiest of the year — football season is in full swing, baseball postseason is underway, and the fall Pokemon product cycle has put fresh sealed inventory in every dealer's hands.
The format is a single evening block: doors at 6:00 PM, last call at 10:00 PM.
Admission is free with no ticket or registration, and parking on site is free.
Meadowbrook Recreation Center sits at 1400 Dugan Street in central Arlington, just south of East Abram Street, minutes from downtown Arlington, the UTA campus and the entertainment district. Highway 360, I-30 and Division Street all make it an easy run from Grand Prairie, Mansfield, Hurst, Euless and Kennedale.
For the vendor lineup and the rest of the fall Friday dates, check the TCDB listing for this show or follow Funky Town Card Show on Instagram and Facebook.
