The JJ All Star Sportscards Show closes out its 2026 calendar at Fishers American Legion Post 470 on Saturday, December 19, 2026 — the final monthly of the year and the last realistic chance to shop the Indianapolis metro circuit before the holiday. Promoter Jeff Meyrose has run this free-admission Saturday show into a fixture of central Indiana collecting, and the December edition consistently pulls the largest crowd of the twelve, with dealers holding back inventory specifically for it and door prizes running through the morning.
The floor packs a lot into one room. Sports card dealers stock MLB, NBA, NFL, NHL, UFC, boxing and soccer across every era — vintage Topps, Bowman and Fleer from the 1950s through the 1980s, junk-wax 1990s inserts, and modern Panini Prizm, Donruss Optic, Select, Mosaic, Topps Chrome, Bowman Draft and premium National Treasures, Flawless and Immaculate. Colts, Pacers, Notre Dame, Indiana University and Purdue material runs deep, with supporting inventory on Cincinnati, Chicago and Detroit teams reflecting the regional collecting base. Trading card game tables carry Pokemon singles and sealed from Wizards of the Coast vintage through current Scarlet & Violet, plus Japanese imports, alongside Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, One Piece, Disney Lorcana, Dragon Ball Super and Digimon — all of which move heavily as gifts on this date. Graded slabs from PSA, BGS, SGC and CGC fill multiple locked cases, and there are autographed items, Funko Pops, vintage comics and a full supply table.
Hours run 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM Eastern. Admission is completely free, parking in the American Legion lot is free, and door prizes are typically handed out through the morning while supplies last. Kids are welcomed and encouraged, and the post lounge usually has snacks and beverages.
Fishers American Legion Post 470 is at 9091 East 126th Street, Fishers, IN 46038, just off Allisonville Road and a short hop from I-69 — easy from downtown Indianapolis, Carmel, Noblesville, Westfield and Anderson. The venue is single-level, heated and ADA accessible with aisles laid out for easy navigation, and the lot is right at the door, which matters in a December that could be anywhere from forty degrees to snowing. The 116th Street corridor and Hamilton Town Center put dozens of restaurants within five minutes.
The December show serves several groups at once. Serious buyers arrive at 8:00 AM to work the vintage and high-end before the holiday crowd. Gift shoppers get the metro's best free-admission selection, and dealers here are practiced at assembling a good-looking lot for a fixed budget.
