The Lafayette Card Show closes out 2026 with its biggest edition of the year: a full two-day run at the Evangeline Shrine Club on December 5 and 6, 2026. The series normally operates as a single-Saturday show, so the December expansion is deliberate — it is the holiday edition, dealers bring their deepest inventory, and the second day gives collectors room to negotiate rather than rush. For New Orleans collectors, the two-hour drive west on I-10 is far easier to justify when it buys a weekend instead of an afternoon.
Both days run 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Admission is a low flat door fee per day, with weekend access typically available and children generally admitted free alongside a paying adult — confirm current pricing with the organizer.
The Evangeline Shrine Club has a large free parking lot and a single-level hall that is easy to work and easy to load in and out of. Hotels near the I-10 corridor are plentiful and reasonably priced, making an overnight stay straightforward for metro collectors.
