Trinity Games

Pensacola's Magic singles specialist on West Michigan Avenue, open until midnight on weekends with comp-based pricing and a full tournament calendar.

Singles are the reason to come to Trinity Games. The West Michigan Avenue shop has built a reputation on one of the more comprehensive Magic: The Gathering collections in Pensacola, and the reviews get specific about it — one customer described picking up "a bunch of much needed chase cards" and called the singles selection the standout, while another made a point of noting the shop "actually is fair pricing on singles and included with tax for final price" rather than padding prices to cover shipping losses elsewhere. For a player building a competitive deck, that pricing philosophy is the whole ballgame.

It is a Wizards of the Coast listed store and carries both mainline and indie TCGs, with a preorder system regulars describe as unusually fair. Trades are welcome and, by several accounts, handled honorably — "super honorable with pricing and have always been a pleasure to deal with when it comes to trades" is how one long-time customer put it.

The staff are players, not just clerks, which changes the texture of a visit. Reviewers describe them as "lovers of the game" and "super knowledgeable," and the recurring theme is people lingering at the counter longer than they planned. If you walk in cold wanting to learn a format, someone will talk you through it.

Plan around the schedule, because it is unusual. The shop opens in the afternoon on weeknights — roughly 2pm to 10pm Monday through Thursday — then runs 10am to midnight Friday and Saturday and noon to 10pm Sunday. Those late weekend hours make it one of the few places in the region where a tournament can finish properly instead of being cut short. Hours have shifted before, so a quick call to 850-285-0202 is worth it if you are driving across town on a Wednesday. Unit 27 sits in a plaza off West Michigan Avenue with parking directly outside, and the event calendar is posted online, which is the easiest way to time a visit around a draft or a game night rather than arriving to an empty room.
