Evening-only and built for tournament play, IHC is the Trenton card shop where Yu-Gi-Oh, One Piece and Pokemon locals run six nights a week.
Most shops open at ten and close at six. IHC Cards & Collectibles does the opposite: the doors open at 4:30PM on weekdays and stay open until 10PM, with Saturdays running noon to 10PM. That schedule is not an accident — this is a family-owned tournament venue first and a retail counter second, deliberately built around after-school and after-work play.
The game lineup is unusually deep on the Japanese-origin side. Yu-Gi-Oh anchors it, and IHC is a sanctioned Official Tournament Store, which means the Saturday locals carry real prize support rather than a promo pack and a handshake. One Piece, Digimon, Gundam and Riftbound all have sanctioned Bandai events on the calendar, and Pokemon rounds out the week. Singles are fulfilled through their TCGplayer Pro storefront as well as over the counter, so the in-store stock is genuinely searchable before you drive out.
They also stuck with MetaZoo after the publisher folded in 2024 — they had been an official partner and still stock and support the game. That kind of loyalty to a dead product line tells you more about the ownership than any mission statement would.
The community angle is the part worth repeating: bulk and donated cards from their live streams get handed to local kids so they can start collecting. Two Discord servers keep the pairings and pickup games running between sessions. Newer players consistently report being taught rather than tolerated — a real consideration if you are walking into a competitive Yu-Gi-Oh room for the first time.
The shop sits on White Horse Avenue just off I-195 Exit 2, which makes it an easy detour if you are already on the interstate. Sunday is closed, so build your week around a Saturday visit if you want the full room. Note that these are posted summer hours — a quick call in the fall is worth it.
