The owner has invested heavily in custom terrain that sits out on the tables free for anyone to use, and there is a private room available to rent that comes stocked with miniatures included in the booking. Warhammer 40K players treat it as a home base. There is also a board game night where customers bring their own titles and teach them to whoever sits down.
For card buyers, the counter carries sealed product and singles across the supported games, plus sleeves, deck boxes, and the rest of the supply wall. The staff are the differentiator — a regular reviewer who does not play TCGs at all still noted the staff's depth across Magic, Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh! and Lorcana. Hours are generous compared with most of the area.
