Hobby Box
The 2024-25 hobby box is 1 pack of 6 cards: 3 autographs, 2 memorabilia cards and 1 base, insert or parallel. Five of the six cards are hits, and everything arrives in a magnetic one-touch holder. Panini listed the box at $2,499.95, which was already well above where 2023-24 sealed boxes were trading when it shipped.
FOTL (First Off The Line)
FOTL boxes contain 7 cards. The extra card is a bonus FOTL rookie patch autograph, patch autograph or premium patch autograph numbered /8 or less, on top of the standard three autographs, one FOTL relic, one relic and one FOTL base parallel. The /8-or-less guarantee is the whole appeal, and it is why FOTL holds a premium over hobby even years later.
International Hobby Box
International boxes are 1 pack of 4 cards with 3 exclusive autographs and/or memorabilia cards plus 1 exclusive base parallel, drawn from an International-only checklist. Fewer cards, a shallower player pool and a thinner resale market, but a much lower entry price than domestic hobby.
Cases
Both hobby and International pack 5 boxes per case. That is a larger case than National Treasures or Flawless, and it makes Immaculate the most common high-end Panini basketball product in group breaks. Case pricing tracks roughly five times the box price with a small discount when a season is in active distributor supply.

Immaculate is the most liquid product in this tier, changing hands one or two times a week per season, so these ranges are firmer than the ones on the Flawless or Eminence pages. The 2023-24 Wembanyama boxes are the clear premium season and have held their level for two years. The 2024-25 boxes are worth watching for a different reason: they trade below their release price today while being the last NBA-licensed Immaculate ever made.
Chase cards, parallels and hit rates
The Immaculate rookie patch autograph is the headline card, generally numbered /99 with a colour ladder running through Bronze, Gold, Platinum and 1/1, plus Logoman and laundry-tag 1/1s at the top. The recurring insert families are Immaculate Numbers, Immaculate Standard, Immaculate Moments, Shadowbox Signatures, Dual and Trio Patch Autographs and the oversized Immaculate Duos and Trios booklets. Legends signatures are a large part of the checklist, so a box can return a Hall of Fame autograph instead of a rookie.
With five hits in six cards, box outcomes are less lottery-like than National Treasures but still heavily skewed. Typical boxes deliver a mid-tier rookie or veteran autograph and a pair of numbered relics. Odds are printed on the wrapper; ignore anyone quoting a rookie patch autograph rate from memory.
Is Panini Immaculate worth buying sealed?
Immaculate is the sensible entry point to high-end Panini basketball, and the price history shows why: boxes from ordinary rookie classes fall well below release price within two years, while boxes from a franchise-rookie season hold. If you are buying to rip, buy the season you actually want to pull from rather than whatever is cheapest. If you are buying to hold, the 2023-24 and 2024-25 seasons are the two with a real story behind them, one on Wembanyama and one on the closed licence. The risk is straightforward: this is still a $1,000-plus box with no base-card floor, and a soft market for a rookie class can take twenty to thirty percent off a season's boxes in a year.
How to spot fakes and resealed boxes
An Immaculate box is a single pack, so a resealed box is a total loss and worth checking properly. Genuine boxes have tight factory shrink over a printed outer box with a clean seam and no adhesive smear at the flap; the inner pack should show no crease from being flexed open. Check the box art names the right format, since International boxes look similar at a glance and are worth a fraction of domestic hobby. Confirm the season on the box rather than the listing, ask for photos of every face including the UPC, and be wary of any box sold loose without its shipper. Weighing is useless here because every card in the box is a hit or a numbered parallel.
Where to buy Panini Immaculate sealed
Immaculate turns up more often at shops than National Treasures does, and shop prices on older seasons are frequently better than eBay once fees are counted.
