Sealed products for White Flare
Elite Trainer Box
The White Flare ETB contains nine White Flare packs, an illustration rare style Tornadus promo, 65 sleeves, dice, markers and a storage box. It launched at $54.99 and sold through immediately. Sealed ETBs trade at $130–$160 in August 2026, a little below Black Bolt, which has consistently been the more popular of the pair. The Pokémon Center ETB with exclusive foil energies sells for $210–$250.
Booster Bundle
Six White Flare packs, released August 22, 2025 at $26.94. Sealed bundles now sell for $70–$90. This is the only product that contains White Flare packs exclusively in quantity, so it is the go-to for anyone opening the set rather than collecting boxes. Loose packs run $13–$17.
Binder Collection and Tech Sticker Collection
The Binder Collection includes five White Flare packs and a nine-pocket Reshiram binder, launched at $29.99 and now $65–$80 sealed. The Tech Sticker Collection (three packs, a Gothitelle promo and a sticker sheet) released August 1, 2025 at $19.99 and trades at $38–$50.
Unova Mini Tins, Poster Collection and Victini Illustration Collection
These are shared products with one pack of each set per tin and two of each in the collection boxes, and their prices are the same whichever page you read them on. Unova Mini Tins sell for $25–$35, the Unova Poster Collection for $40–$55, and the Unova Victini Illustration Collection (Victini illustration rare promo, Poké Ball parallel Victini, oversized foil and four packs) for $65–$85.
Unova Heavy Hitters Premium Collection
The largest product covering both sets, with a set of promos and a mix of Black Bolt and White Flare packs, released in fall 2025. It trades at $170–$200 sealed and is the closest thing the Unova sets have to a big-box product.
Chase cards and pull rates
White Flare's two Black White Rares are the headline cards. Victini (172/086) trades at $520–$600 raw and Reshiram ex (173/086) at $450–$530, with PSA 10 copies of both above $1,200. Reshiram ex SIR (166/086) sits at $170–$210. The illustration rares are where this set's depth shows: Oshawott IR (105/086) at $75–$90, Zoroark IR (143/086) at $60–$75 and Chandelure IR (103/086) at $55–$70 are all regularly graded. Hydreigon ex SIR (169/086) and Keldeo ex SIR (167/086) fall in the $55–$85 range.
Black White Rares are commonly reported at roughly one per 300–400 packs and SIRs at roughly one per 100, the same as Black Bolt. A single ETB usually yields one or two illustration rares and should not be expected to contain a Black White Rare.
Is White Flare worth buying sealed?
White Flare is the slightly cheaper half of the pair, and that gap has been stable rather than closing. The set has the same structural advantages as Black Bolt: no booster box, a limited print window and two chase cards worth $450-plus each. Where it differs is demand, since collectors have leaned toward Zekrom over Reshiram from the start. That makes White Flare the better value if you want exposure to the Unova sets at a lower entry price, and the pair together (a Black Bolt ETB plus a White Flare ETB) is a common collector hold. Expected value from packs does not justify $150 for nine of them, so buy sealed only as a long-term collectible and keep reprint risk in mind.
How to spot fakes and resealed products
White Flare ETBs share the same wrap characteristics as Black Bolt: tight, logo-printed shrink with a horizontal seam and vent holes, and the Tornadus promo visible through the window. Because the two ETBs look similar apart from color, confirm you are getting the Reshiram-art box and not a Black Bolt ETB mislisted. Bundles have factory-glued flaps; a bundle with a lifted flap or a clean cut on the shrink is suspect. Packs weigh close to 33 grams, have a uniform crimp and include a code card. Shared Unova tins and collections should always contain both a Reshiram-art and a Zekrom-art pack. There is no White Flare booster box, so any listing offering one is a repack or a mislabeled bundle.
