A 120-seat gaming floor open past midnight most nights, with Revised dual lands in the case — Clockwork is College Station's tournament hub for eleven different TCGs.

Founded in 2010 by local Magic players and Aggie-owned since, Clockwork sits on Harvey Road with a gaming area that seats over 120 people across open tables, private tables and a loft. Texas A&M students use it as a study spot between events, which tells you something about the atmosphere — free Wi-Fi, no pressure to buy, and a room that stays open until 1AM on Fridays.

The event calendar is the real product. At last count the store had 190 upcoming events on the books: 48 Magic, 18 Lorcana, 17 Pokemon, 16 Yu-Gi-Oh!, 15 each of One Piece, Union Arena and Star Wars: Unlimited, 14 Riftbound, 12 Flesh and Blood, 11 Gundam, 7 Digimon and a pair of RPG sessions. Friday Night Magic is a standing fixture and the Friday hours run to 1AM specifically to accommodate it. Prereleases are run in flights — three separate seatings for a recent set at $45 each.

Singles are where this College Station card shop separates itself from the shops in the wider Brazos Valley. The vintage Magic case has carried Revised Underground Sea at $875, Volcanic Island at $750, Tundra at $560 and Scrubland at $450, plus Arabian Nights material. That is inventory most college-town stores never touch.

On the retail side, expect Magic sealed and singles, Pokemon TCG, Yu-Gi-Oh!, One Piece, Lorcana, Riftbound, Union Arena, Digimon, Star Wars: Unlimited, Gundam and Flesh and Blood, plus Warhammer 40K and Age of Sigmar miniatures, Citadel paints, D&D and Pathfinder books and board games. The shop runs a buylist and sells live on Whatnot.

Hours are wide and irregular, so check before a late run: 11AM to 11PM Monday, 11AM to 6PM Tuesday, 11AM to 11PM Wednesday, until midnight Thursday, 1AM Friday, midnight Saturday and 9PM Sunday. Tuesday is the short day. If you need guaranteed table space outside events, D&D groups can rent a dedicated space for $5 an hour or $15 for the day.
