A Pokemon-first Sacramento hangout on Kiefer Blvd with vendor cases, TCGplayer-priced singles, PSA slabs and tournaments running past midnight on Sundays.
Most of the floor at UltimateSpiceGaming belongs to the Pokemon TCG. The shop, in a small business park on Kiefer Boulevard in southeast Sacramento, works almost like a mini card show. Independent vendors rent display cases next to the store's own stock, so one visit means browsing several collections. You'll see graded slabs, modern chase cards and older binders.
The store's own singles are priced against TCGplayer, and bulk bins and binders are organized by type and by era. That makes it easy to fill a set binder or find a particular trainer card without digging through boxes. Collectors chasing graded Pokemon will usually find PSA 9 and PSA 10 slabs in the cases, along with sealed premium collections and booster product. If you're looking for Pokemon cards in Sacramento, this is one of the deepest inventories in town.
Pokemon is the focus but not the whole story. The shop runs tournaments for several games, including One Piece and Magic: The Gathering, and the play tables stay busy into the evening. The store also sells through a TCGplayer storefront, so stock moves fast and new arrivals turn over quickly.
The hours suit night owls. The shop is closed Monday, opens at 3PM Tuesday through Thursday and runs until 10PM, and on Friday and Saturday it opens at noon and stays open until 11PM. Sunday is the latest night, with the doors open until 2AM. Plan to arrive in the afternoon or evening rather than the morning.
Graded collectors should budget extra time, because comparing slabs across several vendor cases can take a while. If you're hunting a specific card, bring a list. It's much quicker to ask each case owner than to scan every row yourself. Because many cases belong to outside vendors, prices and buy offers can vary from case to case. Ask which seller owns a card before you start negotiating.
