Opened spring 2026 on west Eisenhower with a straight 5.0 rating, thousands of dice, and Commander night every Friday from 5PM — Loveland's newest card shop.

Brandon opened Wolf's Tale Games in the spring of 2026, and the front page still reads now open. Every Google review so far is five stars, which is an easier feat at seven reviews than at seven hundred — but the specifics behind them say something real. A reviewer who visited weeks after opening noted the shelves were already stocked and there was room for a full D&D party. Another, a month ago, described going in for Magic and getting exactly what was expected with no friction.

Magic carries the store: boosters, singles, Commander staples, and accessories. Pokemon TCG covers packs, tins, sleeves, and collector items. Flesh and Blood is the third pillar and unusual for a shop this young — hero decks, playmats, and sealed all stocked. The RPG shelf runs D&D 5e and Pathfinder core books, adventures, and minis, with Daggerheart added, and the dice wall is a stated point of pride: thousands of them, plus trays, sleeves, and playmats.

The shop is a Wizards Play Network Core store, and the event calendar backs it up. Commander Night runs Fridays from 5PM to 10PM, Magic Draft starts Fridays at 5:45PM, and the Lord of the Rings prerelease ran across a Friday and Saturday evening in August 2026. The schedule is tight and unforgiving: Thursday, Friday, and Saturday only, 2PM to 9PM. Closed Sunday through Wednesday. Plan accordingly.

Inside there are multiple gaming tables, free WiFi, and drinks and snacks. Brandon works the counter himself, and the green wolf and d20 logo comes with the line run with the pack — which reads as marketing until you notice that everyone who reviews this Loveland card shop mentions talking to him at length.
