Grand Slam has been on West Eisenhower long enough that customers describe visiting as kids and now bringing their own. Same ownership, same dense little storefront, and an inventory that has only compacted further with time. Two independent reviewers make the same joke: for all of their inventory, they sure wish there was more space.

Sports cards are the identity. Sealed boxes and packs across baseball, football, basketball, and hockey run from current releases back through the vintage years, and loose singles fill boxes that reward a slow dig. The $7 sports grab packs are the shop's signature low-stakes rip. Pokemon and Magic sit alongside — singles and sealed both — plus Yu-Gi-Oh, and the comic half carries new releases, deep back issues, graphic novels, vintage toys, board games, and D&D. Anything not on the shelf gets special-ordered.

Owner Jason runs it, and longtime staffer Taryn is the name that surfaces whenever a review mentions comic knowledge. The shop takes part in Free Comic Book Day and has hosted Magic prereleases and Yu-Gi-Oh play going back years. Sister stores operate in Greeley and Fort Collins, so stock can sometimes be located across the group.

Hours are the same every single day of the week: noon to 6PM, Monday through Sunday. That consistency is convenient but the window is narrow, so an evening trip won't work.

One thing to know going in: comic back issues are frequently unpriced and looked up at the register, and several reviewers have found markups over online pricing on both comics and cards. Sealed wax and grab packs are where this Loveland card shop is most competitive.
