Sixty-five years of combined counter experience sits behind the glass at Instant Replay, and it shows in what fills the cases: rookie cards, vintage Topps, autos and relics, and signed baseballs, bats, jerseys and helmets that have all been run through JSA, PSA, Beckett, Tristar or Leaf before they hit the shelf. This is the Panama City card shop collectors go to when they want to hold a condition-sensitive piece in their hands instead of squinting at a seller's scan.

The hobby product here is the real draw. Instant Replay stocks the boxes and packs that never make it onto a big-box endcap, which is the whole reason a serious collector drives past a Target to get here. If you have been ripping retail blasters and coming up empty, the hit rates on hobby configurations are a different conversation entirely, and the staff will walk you through which current releases are actually worth the price of admission.

Saturday is the day to plan around. In-store group breaks kick off at noon, and customers vote on what gets opened, so the room decides whether the afternoon is spent on football hobby or a vintage box somebody has been eyeing all week. Pokemon casual play, league challenges and giveaways run most Saturday afternoons too, and the first Saturday of each month adds a Pokemon Play and Trade night where kids swap cards and answer trivia for prizes. There is also a Hobby Rip Night on the calendar and a Kids Club, which tells you how the shop thinks about growing the next round of collectors.

One practical advantage worth knowing: Instant Replay is the area's only CGC authorized dealer, so cards, comics and other collectibles can be submitted for grading right at the counter, along with JSA authentication for signed pieces. Submissions go out weekly, and staff will quote current fees before anything ships. They also buy, and the shop keeps a running list of what it is actively looking for.

Hours are wide open compared to most shops in the region: eleven to eight Monday through Friday, ten to eight Saturday, and noon to six Sunday. The store sits on West 23rd Street just off the main retail corridor, with parking directly out front. Anything the shop cannot fit in the case tends to end up on its eBay storefront, so it is worth asking whether a card you want is in the back rather than assuming it is not there.
