Second Street's modern TCG floor, built around graded slabs, sealed Pokemon and One Piece, and live rip nights streamed to a sizeable following.
MoBros runs the version of a card shop that grew up on Discord and TikTok. The Second Street floor is clean, open, and organized to a degree that reviewers keep bringing up unprompted, with graded slabs in PSA, BGS, and CGC holders taking the prime case space and sealed product stacked deep behind it.
Modern TCG is the whole thesis. Pokemon leads, followed by One Piece, Magic: The Gathering, Lorcana, and Riftbound, with Naruto and Dragon Ball Z filling the anime side. The sports case covers NBA, NFL, MLB, and WNBA, weighted toward graded and sealed rather than dollar-bin commons. If your interest is slabs rather than binder digging, this is the strongest room in the city for it.
The live rip nights are the reason to time a visit. The shop opens sealed product in-store and on stream, and the surrounding community runs through a Discord and a house-built MoBros app that handles grading submissions and marketplace listings. That app, plus active TCGplayer and eBay storefronts, means inventory here is priced against a national market rather than guessed at.
Hours are noon to 9pm Tuesday through Sunday, closed Mondays, which puts the busiest stretch in the evening. Weekend afternoons are the calmer window if you want counter time to sell a collection or talk through a grading submission.
Second Street parking is straightforward with the shop's own frontage, and the location sits on the west side of the Merrimack a short hop from the Amoskeag bridges. Reviews from people who have visited a lot of shops keep landing on the same conclusion: this is the best Pokemon room they have walked into.
