Sports card collectors in Bend have exactly one dedicated storefront, and it is on the first floor of the Elevation Bend shopping center on S Hwy 97. Hoody's Collectibles grew out of the original Portland-area store and brought the same model east of the Cascades: a retail floor of baseball, football, basketball and hockey cards backed by a consignment and live-auction operation that moves thousands of lots a month online.

The retail cases split roughly between eras. One side holds vintage, from 1950s Topps to junk-wax-era rookies, and the other runs modern hobby boxes, blasters and graded rookies from the current seasons. Sealed wax turns over quickly because the auction side gives the shop a constant stream of incoming collections. Pokemon has a corner of its own, and supplies like toploaders, sleeves and one-touch cases are stocked deep enough for people prepping submissions.

Grading is a core service. Hoody's is an authorized PSA dealer, keeps current submission forms at the counter, and walks first-timers through declared values and service tiers. Anyone selling a collection can choose between an outright offer or consignment into the store's auctions, which pay out quickly by industry standards. Rip Nights bring the community in for group box breaks and raffles, and the Bend team can be reached directly for consignment questions.

Hours are steady: 10AM to 7PM Monday through Saturday and 10AM to 5PM Sunday. The consistent criticism in reviews is that in-store prices on some sealed items run above online, which is true of most brick-and-mortar sports card shops in Oregon; the trade-off is being able to inspect a card in hand and talk to staff who handle graded inventory every day.
