Cardhaven Games shares a wall with the 1-Up Lounge in Historic Fairhaven, and the two businesses share memberships too, so a night here can move from a draft at the shop to a drink and an arcade cabinet next door without leaving the block. The storefront at 1111 McKenzie Avenue is a Wizards Play Network store and an official Riftbound event location, and the play area behind the retail floor is quiet and clean enough that reviewers mention it by name.

Pokemon collectors get particular value. Singles are priced close to TCGplayer low, which one reviewer flags as the reason to buy here rather than online, and the shop stocks Japanese sealed product and graded slabs alongside English packs and boxes. Magic: The Gathering has the deepest singles inventory, searchable through the BinderPOS online store with a deck-list tool that pulls a whole list from stock. Flesh and Blood, Lorcana, One Piece, Riftbound, and Yu-Gi-Oh! are all on the shelf, plus video games and consoles, board games, D&D books, and miniatures.

The buylist is published, which is rare. Cardhaven pays 40 percent cash or 60 percent store credit on singles, slabs, and video games, and 50 percent cash or 70 percent credit on sealed product, for Pokemon, Magic, One Piece, and Riftbound. A $25 per hour appraisal fee may apply if a collection is reviewed and declined, so bring organized binders. Trade-ins for credit are common, and reviewers mention trading slabs specifically.

Weekly events: Friday Night Magic with rotating draft formats and prize support, Commander nights, a Sunday Standard Showdown, and Riftbound 1v1 Nexus Nights on Mondays, with prerelease tournaments for each new Magic set. Hours per the Google listing are 11 AM to 9 PM Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, noon to 10 PM Friday and Saturday, noon to 9 PM Sunday, and closed Wednesday; the shop's own site lists longer weekend hours, so call ahead if timing is tight.
