Mindsight Gaming

Weekend-only TCG specialist on Kenosha's 60th Street trading Magic, Pokemon, and Digimon singles Friday night through Sunday.

Mindsight Gaming runs on an unusual model: the 60th Street shop opens only Friday evening through Sunday, concentrating Kenosha's TCG weekend into three days of trading, singles hunting, and play. Doors open Friday from 5PM to 10PM, then noon to 9PM both Saturday and Sunday — a schedule worth writing down before you drive over, because Monday through Thursday the lights are off.

The focus is pure trading card games. Magic: The Gathering, Pokemon, and Digimon lead the inventory, with singles as the core business rather than an afterthought. That specialization is the draw: where a general game store spreads attention across board games and comics, Mindsight's counter conversations are about card values, deck techs, and what just spiked. If you're working through a binder of trades, this Kenosha card shop is the kind of place where the person across the counter actually wants to dig through it.

The small-shop format has real advantages for players. Friday evening sessions have a clubhouse feel, with regulars rolling in after work for casual play and trades running late. Digimon support in particular stands out — few stores in the Racine-Kenosha corridor stock the game seriously, and Mindsight has become the local home for it alongside the Pokemon and Magic staples.

Practical notes: the shop sits at 3214 60th St on Kenosha's north side, away from the 75th Street retail strip, with parking nearby. Because hours are compressed, inventory moves fast on weekends — if you're chasing a specific single, message the store's Facebook page ahead of your visit. For collectors who want Pokemon cards in Kenosha with a genuinely local, player-run feel, this is the weekend stop.
