Lost Empire Games is Yuma's biggest TCG hub at Yuma Palms, with free Friday Commander at 6PM, a busy Star Wars Unlimited scene, and quarter bins of Pokemon singles.
Lost Empire Games occupies Suite 8 at 1401 South Yuma Palms Parkway, in the shopping center beside the mall, and since opening around 2020 it has grown into the largest card shop in Yuma by almost every measure: more than 400 Google reviews at a 4.6 average, a Facebook following in the thousands, and events the store says have drawn players in the high hundreds. The floor is split between retail cases and rows of play tables that stay busy into the evening.
Magic: The Gathering and Pokemon lead the inventory, followed by Lorcana, One Piece, Star Wars: Unlimited, and Yu-Gi-Oh in both sealed and singles. The quarter bins are a fixture for anyone building budget decks, and the Star Wars: Unlimited community here is one of the most active in the region; the shop hosted a Planetary Qualifier in June 2025. Lost Empire is a Wizards Play Network store, so the Magic calendar is steady: free Friday Night Commander at 6PM every week, prerelease weekends for each new set, and a store championship each season.
Half the store belongs to a different hobby. Retro consoles and cartridges, current-gen games, Funko Pops, board games, and anime merchandise share the space, and more than one reviewer calls it the best place in town for legitimate retro games. The shop buys, sells, and trades on both the card and video game sides.
Hours run late: 11AM to 9PM Monday through Thursday, 10AM to 10PM Friday and Saturday, and 10AM to 9PM Sunday. Pricing on hot Pokemon product draws occasional complaints when sets are scarce, so compare before buying sealed. For trading cards in Yuma with a room full of people to play them against, though, this Yuma card shop is the first stop.
